Brian Wolf, Executive Director
Mr. Wolf has over 20 years of management experience in many
industries, along with over 10 years experience in developing and
marketing successful training and seminar products. Most recently,
Mr. Wolf was the Director of the Health Care Division for the
American Society of Professional Education and was responsible for
the development of internal, public, and custom projects for the
company. Mr. Wolf has served as Senior Product Manager for
Periscope3, a rich-media e-learning company, developing training
products for IT professionals.
Dr. Jessica Scott, M.D., Board Member
Ms Scott is a Board
Certified Family Physician who is currently a medical consultant
for the North Carolina Department of Justice, Abbott Laboratories
and Boehringer Ingelheim , GlaxoSmithKline and the Alliance
Medical Ministries Health Clinic. Abbott selected Dr. Scott to
lecture physicians across the United States on pivotal
antihypertensive research specifically addressing evaluation,
diagnosis, and treatment strategies. Dr. Scott also educated
pharmaceutical representatives of GSK on the clinical aspects of
their respiratory, central nervous system, and genitourinary
system products. She has practiced as a family physician for both
Waverly Primary Care and Blue Ridge Family Practice in Raleigh,
North Carolina, while also teaching Duke family practice residents
and University of North Carolina medical students. Dr. Scott
attended Union College in Schenectady, New York and received her
B.S. in Biology and Psychology. She received her Doctorate in
Medicine from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, and
finished her residency at the University of Virginia.
Amy Odom Williford, M.S., CCC-SLP, Board Member
Ms. Williford is a clinical certified speech-language pathologist
and the founder and President of Sign Teacher Sign Ware, Inc. in
Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Creator of the “Signing Sam Learning
Kit” and author of Read and Sign with Sam Books, she currently
works to provide effective language and literacy development tools
for children. Ms. Williford is a member of both the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the International
Reading Association. She has provided SLP services in preschool,
daycare, and K-12 settings. She has also administered
comprehensive SLP diagnostic and treatment services for patients
with a wide array of cognitive and neurological disorders. Ms.
Williford, a native of North Carolina, attended the University of
North Carolina at Wilmington where she received a B.A. in Speech
Communication and Journalism and the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill School of Medicine where she received her M.S. in
Speech-Language Pathology.
