NATIONAL and PROFESSIONAL PROVIDERSHIPS

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS and AUDIOLOGISTS – ALL STATES: Summit Professional Education is approved by the CE board of the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in speech-language pathology and audiology. These programs are offered for 0.6 CEUs. ASHA CE Provider approval does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS: Summit Professional Education is an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Approved Provider of continuing education. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA - Provider #5873. Twenty-three state boards accept this certification and most others do not require pre-approval of courses. Check your state below for state level approvals.

SOCIAL WORKERS: Summit Professional Education’s application to be recognized by the Association of Social Work Boards to offer continuing education for through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program is pending. EDUCATORS: Many states grant local boards jurisdiction over professional development plans and continuing education approval. Contact your local school district to find out your state or district requirements. ILLINOIS - Illinois Dept of Professional Regulation Approved Continuing Education Sponsor, #159-000454. Please complete both ISBE forms (77-21A) and (77-21B).  MONTANA - Summit Professional Education is an approved professional development provider for the Montana Office of Public Instruction through 6/30/09. Minnesota

Mississippi

Montana
